Kristen has been with HRL since 2014. She serves as the Quality Assurance Manager, overseeing HRL’s extensive quality system. Prior to this current role, Kristen spent 17 years in a SAMHSA certified Forensic Toxicology Laboratory and held the designation of Responsible Person through the National Laboratory Certification Program. Kristen holds a BSc degree (Biology) from Brock University and is a Registered Medical Laboratory Technologist with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario.
